Thomas Caporale, also known as Tommy Caporale, combines football recruiting experience with defensive coaching. At Syracuse, he moved into general management after working in quality control and recruiting.

Caporale previously led Dr. Michael M. Krop Senior High School’s football program and held defensive, special teams and recruiting coordinator responsibilities at ASA College Miami. His earlier college coaching experience includes Old Dominion, Christopher Newport and Springfield.
