Cliff Wood

Cliff Wood’s work at James Madison spans NIL, fundraising and athletics administration. As general manager for name, image and likeness, his responsibilities include negotiating NIL arrangements with student-athletes.

He previously led the Montpelier Collective and served as JMU’s senior associate athletics director for development. Before returning to university athletics, Wood built a corporate career at CarMax, including executive vice president and chief operating officer responsibilities.
