Clayton Barnes
Clayton Barnes's football career links roster management with team operations and earlier coaching work. He followed K.C. Keeler from Sam Houston to Temple, where his general-manager remit includes scouting, recruiting and player retention.
Barnes returned to Sam Houston in 2020 as director of football operations and player personnel before receiving the general-manager title. He handled evaluations, scholarships, team travel, camps and the student-intern program. Earlier assignments included an offensive graduate-assistant role at Georgia Southern and player development, graphic design and offensive quality control at Texas State.
